Andy sold my first house some 30 years ago and I was thrilled with the price he achieved and the service delivered. Since then, Stack & Bonner has grown, but I am pleased to report that the service hasn’t diminished. In fact, it’s got better – the team are responsive, professional and friendly. I’ve enjoyed getting to know them. Andy achieved the price we were hoping for, quickly and the whole thing has been painless. Brilliant from start to finish

Having been a property owner in the Charter Quay complex in Kingston for over 10 years and having worked with a number of different agents to let out our property I can safely say Stack and Bonner have been the best by far. Recently sold the property through them in a challenging time and Jane was the one who drove things forward pushing all sides along and getting it over the line. Highly recommended for lettings or sales in the Kingston area.

We bought and sold at the same time through the Surbiton branch. We’d read and been told that buying and selling through the same agent isn’t necessarily a good idea – but it worked out brilliantly for us. Buying and selling is a daunting process and nobody expects it to be perfectly smooth, but Chris and the team did an excellent job of keeping things moving along and trying to balance everyone’s preferences, even when there was the potential for things to derail! Very happy.

We want to say a huge thank you to Chris, Yasmin and the rest of the team for getting our sale through. Chris and Yasmin are excellent sales people and have the best personality for it. Once we accepted an offer, Chris called us weekly to check in on progress which was appreciated. There were a few issues along the way due to our lease, but Chris kept everyone calm and stopped our buyers from pulling out. Also, the photos of our flat were fantastic and we had a lot of say in where they were taken and which we preferred, which I don’t think many other agents have time to offer. Would thoroughly recommend.
