Really professional and friendly service from Stack and Bonner in the recent sale of my mother‘s house. Chris was completely on top of everything – and kept me on top of everything too! A really friendly team with a shout out to Jane, Andy and Nick who were also professional friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again!

We had an excellent experience with Stack & Bonner from start to finish. One of the key reasons we chose them was their location outside of Chessington, which gave them access to a wider pool of buyers than some of the other local agents.

When Chris first came to value our house, he didn’t just provide a valuation. He took the time to suggest practical ways to make the property more attractive to buyers and shared some excellent tips on how to maximise its appeal before marketing. His advice was invaluable.

Once we instructed Stack & Bonner, the whole process was smooth and efficient. They carefully advised on the best timing for marketing the property and recommended how long to advertise before holding an open day. Because we were moving out of the area, it was important for us to have a concentrated viewing period so that we could spend the weekend viewing properties ourselves.

Stack & Bonner organised everything perfectly, ensuring the house was available for viewings throughout the weekend.The result was fantastic. The property sold within a week and achieved a great price.

While the sale took longer than expected to complete due to a lengthy chain, Chris remained proactive throughout and was particularly instrumental towards the end in helping to keep things moving and bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion.

Stack & Bonner introduced several good quality interested buyers for part of my moorings promenade (an unusual type of sale!). In the end a fair offer was made and concluded for the whole promenade by an excellent buyer. The assigned agent, Chris Slawson, was especially good at advising me, keeping me informed of progress and following up with the solicitors and other parties involved to get the deal over the line in a timely fashion. Highly recommended and I am looking to do more business with them soon.
