We bought and sold at the same time through the Surbiton branch. We'd read and been told that buying and selling through the same agent isn't necessarily a good idea - but it worked out brilliantly for us. Buying and selling is a daunting process and nobody expects it to be perfectly smooth, but Chris and the team did an excellent job of keeping things moving along and trying to balance everyone's preferences, even when there was the potential for things to derail! Very happy.
